HANGZHOU, China – In June 2025, the mentor-exclusive sharing session, "The Present and Future in the Eyes of Seasoned Investors Under the AI Era," was successfully held at the Hangzhou Political Consultative Practice Centre. The event was co-hosted by the Mingzhi Haichuang Alliance of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, the Education, Science, Health, and Sports Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal Political Consultative, the Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the China Europe Centre for Cultural Innovation (CECCI). The session featured Mr Chen Bin, Chairman of Zhejiang Saizhi Bole Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., as the keynote speaker. He delivered a forward-looking presentation on artificial intelligence and capital empowerment. Distinguished attendees included Tang Yipeng, Director of the Office of Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau; Wang Chunfeng, Vice President of the Mingzhi Haichuang Alliance; Wang Yejun, Vice Chairman of CECCI and Secretary-General of the Mingzhi Haichuang Alliance; along with members of the Alliance, representatives from the West Lake and Yuhang Grassroots Committees, and entrepreneur representatives from the West Lake Grassroots Committee Entrepreneur Association.
As artificial intelligence technologies rapidly reshape the global industrial landscape, they have become a core engine driving high-quality economic development. In this context, CECCI leveraged its platform advantages to collaborate with the Mingzhi Haichuang Alliance, the Science and Technology Sector of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the Innovation Sharing Entrepreneurship Service Research Institute. Together, they built a high-level exchange platform to help tech companies and investors seize opportunities in the AI era and explore new future industry tracks.
As a renowned domestic investor, Chairman Chen Bin utilised the "Hangzhou Six Dragons" framework to explore the application prospects of AI technology in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. He also shared Saizhi Bole's hands-on experience in hard tech investments. Chairman Chen emphasised, "AI is not only a technological revolution but also a catalyst for value creation. Investors should focus on fundamental technological breakthroughs while prioritising the deep integration of technology with practical scenarios."
During the event, representatives from local tech companies, venture capital institutions, and the China Zhi Gong Party engaged in lively discussions on topics such as "AI Commercialisation Pathways" and "How Capital Empowers Technological Innovation." Chen Bin provided detailed case analyses and offered valuable strategic advice for entrepreneurs.
