International Innovation Centre
In March 2024, at the construction conference of the industry-education consortium in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Qiantang Science City), Higher Link International Innovation Centre(HLIIC) was officially established. HLIIC is dedicated to promoting international cooperation, exchange, and development among education institutions. It has already carried out multiple international projects in collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Communication University of China, Shanghai Theatre Academy, China Jiliang University, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Wuxi University, Lanzhou University of Arts and Science, Hangzhou Polytechnic University, and Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade，Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art etc..

Scholar
We advance the internationalisation of our faculty through four key initiatives: China-Foreign joint doctoral programmes, overseas professional development programmes for academics, faculty visiting scholar schemes, and international collaborative research projects—collectively enhancing our academic staff's global perspective and scholarly competitiveness.
Student
We provide students with diverse development pathways that integrate academic progression with overseas experience through articulated degree programmes, study abroad exchanges to broaden academic horizons, and international summer/winter camps to foster cross-cultural engagement – holistically supporting students in achieving multi-faceted international growth.
University
We systematically develop four key international initiatives: co-designed curricula and joint workshops to enhance teaching innovation, overseas platforms to broaden global perspectives, collaborative education programmes for deeper integration, and official delegation visits to strengthen institutional partnerships – collectively advancing our internationalised education framework.
Study Abroad
We are committed to building a comprehensive study-in-China programme that delivers immersive cultural experiences and professional academic development to international students. Through systematic Chinese language courses and specialised cultural workshops, we enable overseas students to deepen their engagement with both Chinese culture and academic curricula.
