In March 2024, at the construction conference of the industry-education consortium in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (Qiantang Science City), Higher Link International Innovation Centre(HLIIC) was officially established. HLIIC is dedicated to promoting international cooperation, exchange, and development among  education institutions. It has already carried out multiple international projects in collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Communication University of China, Shanghai Theatre Academy, China Jiliang University,  Hangzhou Dianzi University, Wuxi University, Lanzhou University of Arts and Science, Hangzhou Polytechnic University, Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade，and Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art etc..
