On June 12, 2025, the "Overseas Returnees in Zhejiang • Overseas Chinese Serving the Nation — 'Scientists + Entrepreneurs + Financiers' Roundtable on AIGC Industrial Applications & Development and the 8th Zhi Gong & Mingzhi Dialogue" was successfully held in Binjiang, Hangzhou. The event was guided by the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and the Talent Office of the Party Committee of Hangzhou High-Tech Zone (Binjiang), and organized by the Mingzhi Hai Innovation Alliance of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and the China Europe Centre for Cultural Innovation (CECCI). Fang Jun, Vice Chairperson of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairperson of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, attended the event and delivered a speech. Wang Yejun, Secretary-General of the Mingzhi Haichuang Alliance of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Chairman of CECCI, also participated.
Attendees visited the application showcase area of the AIGC Industry Innovation Center, gaining firsthand experience with implemented cases of AIGC in fields such as cultural creativity and industrial design.
New media artist Lin Junting delivered a keynote speech titled "The Future of the Past – The Technological Rebirth of Cultural Heritage," sharing practical insights into integrating AIGC with traditional culture and proposing the vision of "empowering cultural inheritance through technology."
Research scholars and industry representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on industry scenarios and commercialization pathways for "AIGC Technology & Applications." They analyzed commercialization routes from multiple perspectives and formed a consensus on strengthening the closed-loop mechanism of "technology R&D – application validation – capital follow-through" to facilitate the transformation of technological innovations into industrial value.
